Return & Exchange Policy – Prinalize

At Prinalize, each item is made to order and often personalized, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

❌ No Returns on Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our products. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or design preferences. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

✅ Returns for Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@prinalize.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item received
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Our team will review your claim within 10 working days and notify you of the outcome.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide:
  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions for sending the item back

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Includes proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

🛠️ Damages & Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorization

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are printed and fulfilled quickly:

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
  • After 1 hour, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@prinalize.com. with your order number. If your cancellation request is received within the 1-hour window, we will confirm and process it.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction
